We’re venue owners too. We’ve dealt with slow seasons, inconsistent inquiries, and the stress of not knowing what’s coming next. This is what finally changed that for us.

I started in the wedding industry as a venue owner — not a marketer.
For years, my family and I ran Deer Park Villa here in California.
We faced the same struggles every venue owner knows too well unpredictable inquiries, slow seasons, and agencies that just didn’t get how this business actually works.
That’s when I partnered with Shakil Chowdhury, a brilliant tech expert and marketing systems engineer.
Together, we built a full-scale marketing system designed specifically for wedding venues and it changed everything.
Within months, we went from chasing random leads to managing a consistent pipeline of qualified couples.
Now, we’re helping other venues do the same using the exact system that grew our own.
Scaled our own wedding venue to 135+ weddings per year
Built a full in-house marketing system designed specifically for venuespec
Now helping other venue owners grow using the same proven system

I came into this as a venue owner, not a marketer. Like most venues, we listed on The Knot and WeddingWire, worked with freelancers, and tried generalist agencies. Some of it helped, but bookings were still inconsistent.
What we eventually realized was that consistency comes from two things: real demand and real ownership of leads.
To solve that, I didn’t outsource the problem — I built around it. I partnered with Shakil Chowdhury, a senior marketing systems architect with deep experience in paid media, SEO, funnels, and automation. Together, we built and tested a focused marketing system inside our own venue operation, under real booking pressure.
We live this business every day.
And we only work with wedding venues.
That focus matters. Venue marketing has its own rhythms, its own seasons, and its own decision-making patterns. Because this is the only niche we work in, everything we build is designed specifically for how venues actually book.
Before we talk, our team reviews your digital presence so the conversation isn’t generic. On the call, I’ll ask a few questions, share what we’re seeing, and help you understand where gaps may exist and what matters most next.
No pressure.
Just clarity.
